All the maintenance change request deliverables must now be delivered, based on the source from which it was requested.
These deliverables include the tested source, build, release note and other release documentation. This implies that if the
maintenance change request is received from the Client, the resolution details must be delivered back to the Client. In
some engagements, it may be agreed to provide the deliverables directly to the Release Management team of the Client. In
case the maintenance change request is a result of the Change Management process, the Maintenance Change Request Manager
should hand over all deliverables to the Release Manager in agreement with the Change Coordinator. The delivery procedure
would be followed as agreed in the Service Governance Plan. |
